Botify had previously worked with some external executive search firms to make key hires however they failed to deliver.
Oakstone were referred to Botify’s CEO Adrien Menard by Oakstone’s previous client Benoit Gourden, co-founder of Neolane.
Oakstone quickly and successfully completed searches for the RVP Northern Europe and RVP Southern Europe, and we’re then retained to find them an RVP North America.
Botify subsequently put the RVP North America on hold due to COVID, however they felt our contact was a good fit for their SVP Account Management and Customer Success.
Botify were transitioning from a product led business to a solutions, sales company, now selling value and ROI to customers.
The challenge was educating people on the SEO market and how it could now be sold in a solutions manner.

Botify hired our candidate, previous VP Business development at BounceX (now Wunderkind), where he was instrumental in taking existing accounts and customer bases and growing them rapidly, increasing revenue.
Our candidate has gone onto be promoted to SVP Revenue at Botify.
