Its platform brings relationship intelligence into CRM with data automation and sales acceleration. The company also provides an enterprise relationship management (ERM) solution that helps get relationship insights and boost productivity.
It was founded in 2012 by Jody Glidden and Stewart Walchli and is based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, US.
Introhive CRO, Tom Aitchinson had joined Introhive and was tasked with building a GTM team to elevate ICP by selling in a consultative, business led way to multiple stake-holders based on value, rather than features.
Oakstone has previously worked with Tom at Spend Management SaaS Leader, Coupa to build GTM teams globally.
GTM hires were required in the US and UK, however Introhive did not have an internal recruitment team or a trusted external provider that could deliver in either region, never mind both simultaneously. Therefore, the opportunity to work with one across both geos was hugely advantageous from a cost, time and productivity perspective.
Therefore, it was vital that the team was unskilled significantly.

Based on Oakstone’s success in building out Introhive’ s GTM team, we were tasked with hiring a US based SVP Sales and a new US based Customer Success team.
Oakstone worked as an exclusive partner whereby retained and contingent arrangements were agreed based on volume and urgency.
Furthermore, Oakstone was then tasked with building an entire CSM team from scratch based predominantly in the US
