Original Requirements

What were Betterworks’ original requirements in finding a recruitment partner to assist them to land and expand into EMEA?

Betterworks wanted to expand its business by hiring its first people on the ground in EMEA and the UK. They wanted 2 x salespeople and 1 x presales person in the UK first and therefore wanted to work with Oakstone to attract the best people within the industry to fuel their growth and ensure success. Oakstone worked with Betterworks proactively to search for the right network and industry to secure the best people.
