Paul Rayner

Now a veritable veteran of the international recruitment sector, Paul Rayner has been working with people on both sides of the recruiting table for 36 years. He has been at the helm of Oakstone since founding the organisation in 1995.

Prior to that he had already spent 10 years recruiting in the technology sector: 6 years with 2 independent specialist recruitment firms, 2 years working for and by himself and a further two with an international recruitment franchise.

His focus has always been on quality of service, integrity and unrivalled delivery.

The commitment shown by Paul and the Oakstone organisation is known to its partners and all those who work with them, and critically is an integral part of the team culture. This is reflected in the unusually solid tenure and commitment of the firm’s core and growing team.

In his spare time Paul can be found mainly out and about in Dorset, and further afield with his wife and extended family that now includes his children, their spouses, and grandchildren along with various furry family members, that include cats, but when it comes to furry friends his greatest love is for German Shepherd Dogs. The latest of which can be seen on the website, in the office and on most Zoom calls!

He is known to also have a passion for golf, cars, skiing, boats and, of course, above all else - people!
